The house has a large sociable (modern) kitchen and separate living room. The bedroom has a double bed and built in cupboard storage. There is a nice garden with picnic table which gets plenty of sun.
You’ll be living with me; 34 yo professional male, outdoorsy, sociable and (I like to think) generally pretty relaxed. Would be nice to find a housemate who enjoys dinner and a glass of wine in the evening (particularly given the current situation!)
The house is on the market so any rental term will need to be flexible, with a term likely to between 2-6 months. Short term lets are considered / welcome.
