Double room to let in Bradford on Avon

We are 2 guys who split our time between a house in Bradford on Avon and a place in London.

There is a double room to let in the house and we are looking for a responsible person who can be trusted especially during the few times we might both be away at the same time.

The house is very close to Bradford town centre (5 mins walk) ..
Bradford on Avon has a train station with easy access to Bath Bristol, Trowbridge London etc.
There's also 3 supermarkets, swimming pool, shops post office, pubs cafes and great country walks through Barton Farm (which is 1 minute from property) Avoncliffe etc..

Our house is a very old traditional cottage, on Newtown, there are a lot of steps up to the front door and the double room is on the 4th floor, so you'll keep fit!

Parking is always hit & miss along Newtown, more often than not there’ll be a space, sometimes when there isn’t you might have to drive further down Belcombe Road to park but it’s only a couple of minutes walk from the house.
