Self-contained annex in quiet residential area

This is a beautiful self-contained bed-sit with its own entrance and is attached to our home. It is offered as a serviced let on a Monday to Friday basis** and is suitable for one-person rental. The Annex is cleaned and bedlinen & towels changed weekly. We are in a quiet residential area and benefit from easy on-street parking but also being walking distance to Bradford-on-Avon Station and bus routes. Also very close by are Sainsbury's, the Kennet and Avon Canal and numerous pubs and restaurants. The Annex has its own entrance and comprises a hallway, spacious wet room and a bed/living room with kitchenette. The bed will also fold against the wall to give more space if required. The small kitchenette has sink, two-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and the kitchen cupboards are well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glassware. This annex is covered by the wifi to our property and there is also a smart TV. This property would ideally suit a professional requiring to stay away from home during the working week which is something we often found we had to do during our working lives. We have therefore set up the Annex with this in mind and it would make a very comfortable weekly base and far more homely than a hotel room! Previous renters have found this an ideal base for commuting to Bath and Bristol and also MoD Corsham. Trowbridge is also only 10 minutes away. We are a newly retired couple and live in the main house. Grown up children visit occasionally, but it is generally a very peaceful household.
** During 2020, and with many people returning to offices and places of work on a part-time basis, we are willing to consider and negotiate a shorter working week rate if that is the position you currently find yourself in.
