We are situated in Westbrook Bromham which is 7 miles from Chippenham (rail station 8 miles), 5 miles from Calne, 6 miles from Devizes and 4 miles from Melksham (rail station 4.4 miles).

We would require a refundable one month's deposit in advance and a signed "Lodger Agreement" for a minimum period of six months (extendable), along with references.

The annexe would be ideally suited for a single professional person over 30 and will become available on July 1st.

A Mon/Fri let is preferable but not essential in which case the rent would be £600 per month, otherwise £700 per full month for single occupancy.
