This is a peaceful, well-kept home ideally suited to a professional working in the area during the week and looking for a comfortable, high-quality base rather than a full-time house share.

The house is arranged over three floors and includes a large kitchen with island and dining space, separate lounge, utility room, two bathrooms plus additional WC, and a generous garden with patio and river access. It’s a calm, comfortable environment - more “home from home” than typical house share.

The room itself is a good-sized double (approx. 13ft x 12.5ft) and is fully furnished with:

• Bedside tables and mirrors
• Desk (if required)

• Towels and bedding provided

You’ll also have:
• Use of a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and American-style fridge)

I live in the house (self-employed, working mostly from home) and share it with a friendly cocker spaniel. The dog is kept out of the bedroom.

Ideally positioned for easy access to the M4, with Chippenham railway station approx. 20 minutes away, offering direct services to London, Bath and Bristol.

The house is within easy reach of local amenities, including a Sainsbury's less than a 10-minute walk away, along with a selection of good pubs and restaurants in Calne. The setting itself is quiet and green, offering a relaxed contrast to the working week.

• Monday to Friday (4 nights), not a main residence
• Flexible pattern possible (e. g. Sunday–Thursday for those WFH Fridays)
• £195 per week / £845 per month, all bills included
• Payment in advance via bank transfer
