I am a mature lady looking for a lodger to rent my spare room which is at the back of my clean and tidy house, overlooking a lovely garden, so it is quiet. It is a nice size room which is large if a single bed is installed or small if a double bed is installed (double is shown in the photos) and will be furnished according to your requirement, though it has a double bed in at present. Available for preferably a six month let. A short term let is possible, such as a couple of months. You'll have wi-fi, central heating, and a newly refurbished bath/shower room happens to be right next to this room (it's shared, but only with me). A large well equipped kitchen is available by agreement, please ask when you view. Includes a dishwasher and washing machine too. All bills included. The garden is at the back and reachable down an alley way, so is secure for bike/motorbike storage. Parking is on road and unrestricted. We are also on the main route for the 55 bus to Swindon (25 mins) and Chippenham (10 mins). Calne is a lovely little country town, nice and quiet yet with all amenities such as a Sainsburys and the Library within easy walking distance of our house. Would consider a pet such as a small dog, subject to seeing it. The room is clean with new carpet and has been refurbished ready for occupation immediately.
