Double room to rent in my private house. (House was completely renovated during 2017/18) Unique opportunity for someone as I live away during the week, and not home every weekend. Happy to let you have your own space and/or be a social person when around

The bedroom has a double bed and is fully furnished. There is a lovely bathroom with a large separate walk in shower and stand alone bath. You have full use of all other rooms in the house, living room with tv and broadband (netflix/prime/kodi), and there is a kitchen with dining area. Off the kitchen is a utility room which houses the sink, washing machine and dishwasher. At the rear of the property there is a small porch area/boot room. Nice sized rear garden, off road parking and a shed for bike storage
