I have a large double room that is available.
To keep the house a shared mixed house the next room will be rented to a woman. Due to past experience I also only take on people over 24.
My house is in a great location close to everything you need!
You will have a private fully furnished bed/sitting room with a bed, wardrobe with lower drawers, desk with office style chair and wifi internet.
You will have shared use of the bathroom, kitchen and small dining room.
As well as the usual kitchen stuff, the kitchen also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drying.
There is on-street parking available.

The house is in a nice quiet area, but also close to where you want to get to.
Within 10 minutes walk:
- Town Centre
- Train Station
- Sports Facilities
- Monkton Park
On the train:

* Swindon 15 mins
* Bristol 30 mins
By Car you have easy access to the M4 and many other places. There is the very nice John Coles Park nearby as well as Chippenham town centre.

If you like it quieter between 11:30pm and 7:30am then this is a good house for you.

I work hard and I like my own space so you won't see too much of me.
