Great location and bills included

My house is in a great location and you have access to a shared dining room, garden, garage for a bike as well a tumble drying and dishwasher in a nice kitchen.
I will say straight up that I'm only looking for people who either have a job or who are occupied with something.

I can give you a virtual tour using my phone and FaceTime if you like.

The house is in a nice quiet area, but also close to where you want to get to.

Within 10 minutes walk:
- Town Centre
- Train Station
- Sports Facilities
- Monkton Park

On the train:
* Bath 10 mins
* Swindon 15 mins
* Bristol 30 mins

By Car you have easy access to the M4 and many other places. There is the very nice John Coles Park nearby as well as Chippenham town centre.

You will have a private fully furnished bed/sitting room with a bed, wardrobe with lower drawers, desk with office style chair and wifi internet.

You will have shared use of the bathroom, dining room and kitchen.

There is on-street parking available.

The bills included in the rental amount are:

- Gas / Electricity
- Water / Sewerage
- Internet
- BBC License

If you like it quieter between 11:30pm and 7:30am then this is a good house for you. If you need to get up for work before 7:30am or like playing music at 2am then best look elsewhere.

I work hard and I like my own space so you won't see me too much.
