Sadly my flatmate is moving out for her job and I’m looking for someone to share this flat with me and take her room. I’ve been living here since last August, it’s in a quiet and nice area, close to the town centre and only a 10 minutes walk to the train station.
The flat is fully furnished, the bedroom comes unfurnished but there is a built-in wardrobe already there. There is an attic for storage and one parking spot that I don’t personally use so it would be yours.
I work full time, I like sharing dinner and a drink at the end of the day. I am looking for someone friendly that would enjoy spending time together but I also appreciate my own time here and there.
The tenancy is a joint tenancy and will start from the 9th of August, although this is flexible depending on your needs. The rent is £750 split in two, so £375 each plus bills on top. Please send me a message to arrange a viewing!
