2 furnished* double rooms available in a beautiful 3 bedroom victorian terrace house near Chippenham town centre, with a live-in landlady.

A bright, welcoming, creative home with light, airy rooms, a shared lounge space, well equipped kitchen, conservatory, and a lovely garden.
*To be fully furnished in May.

The town centre (5-10 minute walk)
John Coles Park (2 minute walk)
Great location for commuters 8 minute drive to the M4.
Chippenham train station (10 minute walk) with direct trains to Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Reading and London Paddington.
Bus station with frequent buses to surrounding area.
Lots of quick and easy access to both cities and nature spots.

There are two rooms available:

Room 1 is a spacious bright double room to be fitted with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, a desk for working from home, and lots of storage space in large fitted wardrobe. Sofa-bed available on request.

Room 2 is a comfortable double room with a view of the garden, a large fitted wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. I don't have a desk for this room yet but sure we can arrange something if required.

Shared spaces:
Cozy lounge with large sofa for relaxing.
A spacious kitchen fully equipped with an oven, four ring gas hob, large fridge freezer, and washing machine.
A bright dining area in the conservatory with space to host, work and create.
A bathroom with a shower and bath.
Lovely green garden with deck, wild flower lawn, and beautiful trees.

I am an artist and nature enthusiast. I'm ideally seeking easygoing, good humoured individuals to share my home with. Would suit fellow creatives.

The neighbours cat is a welcome visitor.
