The house is in a lovely area of Chippenham situated in the Cepen Park South estate a stones throw to the main supermarket Sainsburys (2min walk). Easy access to the M4 motorway.

The local pub is a short walk away which is "The Pheasant inn and carvery”. Opposite the main turning off of the A4 into
Our estate we have the Next store, TKmaxx, MS Foods and Costa. Methuen business park is just behind these places. Town Centre is approx. 20 min walk away. There is a bus stop outside Sainsburys with regular buses to town and to Bath. This bus stop also is the stop for National Express bus to London.

Parking is on street parking, with a space just outside the property.

The bedroom is a large double bedroom, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bed side cabinets and a 50” wall mounted TV (Non-smart). You will have almost exclusive access to a bathroom. The bathroom would only be shared if on a rare occasion a visitor should stay (happened maybe 3 times in the last 8 years!) or in the event that one of us wants a bath (again rare).

Rent includes all bills, including wireless BT Infinity broadband. You are expected to supply all your own toiletries, however household cleaning products are supplied for your use.

Access to shared kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, cloakroom and main bathroom.

Two cats reside in the house one Tabby coloured and the other is a Black cat - so hopefully you aren't superstitious :) In the communal front room there are 3 cockatiels birds- they aren’t TOO noisy only the one male that chirps a bit in the morning but they like their sleep!

Rent will be negotiable(discounted) on the acceptance of a Mon-Fri person.

Looking for a long term let ideally. If you happen to smoke, it will have to be outside and certainly not in the room but we aren't going to discriminate you for smoking (but be warned we are ex smokers - haha they are the worst!!!!)
