I would be looking to share my home with someone in a steady job.

I have on offer a nicely decorated and fully furnished double room with plenty of wardrobe space (one full wall of mirrored wardrobes) bed side drawers and a double bed.

The rest of the home is also nicely decorated and has a large conservatory to the rear and a small garden space.

Rent will include bills including wifi and a parking space at the front of the property for your car.

You will be sharing areas of the house with me and my small dog so a love of animals is ESSENTIAL :) (he isn't allowed up stairs so won't be in your room)
