Friendly Sociable Female Wanted For Houseshare

On the hunt for a lovely female house mate!

The house is in Chippenham and new build that's about 5 years old and is immaculate. It's a three storey town house and the top floor you would have all to yourself. The room is huge, it's more of a suite/flat with ensuite! The property is in walking distance of the town centre/train station. I'm a live out landlord and looking for someone to look after the house as if it was their own, and to make the house their home. All bills are included (including Sky & Broadband, Tv License etc.) and I also arrange for a gardener every few weeks.

The current housemates: Lauren has been living here for about 3 years and works in sales & Laura is a teacher who has been in the house for 2 years - we all met on Spareroom and have had a really great experience with it! The girls are looking for someone sociable but also appreciates time to yourself. They really look after the house as it's their own and I very much want to to be somewhere someone can feel safe and call 'home'.

This is a friendly girly flatshare and so my replacement would need to be female and also very friendly and considerate person (& very clean!). We spend evenings laughing together watching films/binge series and we very much look out for each-other.
