The development

A furnished double room is available in a 3 bedroom property in Chippenham.

You will have a choice of two rooms on the first floor and sole access to the large family bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished doubles with a TV and ethernet point, a double bed and a wardrobe in each room. The rooms are bright and spacious with lovely views over the local park. The bathroom is an excellent size and contains an airing cupboard with storage space, a toilet, sink, and bath with a newly fitted eco-shower attachment. My sister has a double room with an en-suite on the top floor so you will have the whole first floor to yourself as we are not planning to rent the other room. The only other housemate is my sister's Lurcher, Bear, who is an extremely friendly and quiet dog.

The property itself was completed three years ago so all the fittings such as the kitchen appliances, windows, taps and sockets are of a very high quality and the central heating system in the house is extremely efficient. As a base in the town of Chippenham the house is excellent. It is a ten minute drive to junction 17 and the M4 motorway and a five minute walk to Chippenham train station, which has regular connections to Swindon, Bath, Reading, Bristol and London. There is also a bus stop just across the street which runs a local service to nearby towns, villages and Dyson. A Tesco Express, an Aldi and a B&M Homestores are all within three minutes walking distance of the house and the centre of town is only ten minutes walking distance away.
