I am looking for 1 professional who would be interested in living with a landlady.
I am an IT professional and work from home. I do own a house cat. His name is Snowball and his is a pedigree (khao manee). If you suffer with cat allergies I am sorry but this won’t be for you.
The property is located near the GWH with easy access to M4/A419/M5. Ideally looking for a professional.
The house is well kept and maintained.
The room is bigger then a standard double. The room is furnished.
Bed and a mattress plus chest of drawers provided. There is a shared bathroom in the middle floor, plus shower on the top floor.
Living room and kitchen will be shared. You will have access to the garden as well. There is plenty of parking space by the house as well as off street.
Sorry I won’t be able to accept couples or smokers. Looking strictly for professionals. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to message me here.
