Room to rent

I have 1 double room to rent in my flat in corsham Wiltshire. It’s a quiet area with a parking space dedicated to the flat. If not we have a bus stop 30 seconds down the road to bath town centre and chippenham. we have local pub next door, and corsham town centre is a 15 minute walk from the flat. The room is furnished with bed, chest of draws and a wardrobe. There is a tv in the living room, along with space to dry your clothes and everything you need in the kitchen. wifi and all the bills included in your rent. Apart from a TV license. Your cut will be about £500 per month.  My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. You will have your own bathroom with a bath tub and shower it in. Which I will sometimes use the bath. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, you more than welcome to smoke but it is downstairs only smoker, and not to noisy.  If this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.  I have two males that are very friendly and talkative.
