We are a youngish (late 30s) professional couple with a room to rent in our beautiful house which is in a rural location, you'll need to have a car as there's nothing in walking distance. We are however in an easy location to get to the M4/M5/A419 Swindon & Cirencester.

We are a friendly, laid back couple with 2 well behaved dogs (they are generally only in the house if we're there e. g. Evenings). When we're not at work we spend most of the daytime outside with our animals, weekday evenings we're pretty quiet, we like to have family over at the weekend evenings.

We are looking for someone who is happy and reasonably sociable, clean, tidy and respectful. The spare room we have available is a double, it's not currently furnished but we could if needed. Bills are included plus internet, you can have full use of the kitchen, washing machine & bathroom. We are also happy for you to use the dining room and big garden. You could potential use the sky q box in your room and sometimes share the living room with us.

We really want someone trustworthy, a nice person who is easy to get on with and must be clean and tidy. If you only wanted the room for part of the week we are happy to discuss this but we really want someone who is in work.
