Hi looking for, ideally mature person to rent my spare room. Would suit a country side loving person, large garden.
Smaller double with smart tv. **Iv temporarily got single bed in the room, as mattress was old and frame bit tired, already had newer single set up, however can & will swap back to a double bed if lodger settles in and wants to stay long term. ***

Shared bathroom, bath & shower. Full use of kitchen, cooker, microwave, plates cutlery cooking stuff. & Washing machine .
Excellent speed WiFi, off road
parking. I will need character refs.
Lodger must be in full time employment. Sorry no students.
Use of lounge, smart tv in lounge. Access to netflix, amazon prime, paramount...
Use of large garden your welcome to put your own shed in for extra storage, also use of loft.

Please check my address on maps 1st as I'm. In east grafton which is a good 30-40mins drive from. Swindon. Although sn8 it is not local to Swindon!! It's also not suitable for non drivers as very rural and buses are not regular, and rarely on time. I'v had lots of enquiries for people working in Swindon and this address is not likely to be suitable when you add cost of fuel.

I detest smoking, smokers can rent but absolutely no smoking in house.
