You’ll share a newly fitted, well‑equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a huge bath and separate shower. Off‑road parking available.

Great Somerford is a friendly, picture‑perfect village with lovely field and river walks, plus a convenience shop with post office and a pub just a few minutes’ walk away. Chippenham and Swindon are easy to reach, and the M4 is only 5 miles away.

I’m a live‑in landlady but spend most of the warmer months away, so although it’s a room in my home, you’ll often have the cottage largely to yourself.

Rent: £700 per month including bills.

Note:
The rent reflects the fact that you will have a lot of sole use of the cottage when I’m away. In return, I’d expect the shared areas to be kept clean and tidy during those periods.

A tidy, mature, responsible professional. Single occupant only, non‑smoker, no pets, and must be comfortable around small dogs — my two Shih Tzus are here when I am.
