Looking for a home away from home?

Hi, I'm Ed and I have a three bedroom terraced house in Harnham, Salisbury. Unlike other rooms for rent or HMOs this is actually a home, comfortably decorated and cared for, and I'd like to rent my spare room out to someone looking for a home away from home short term and who will respect it.

I am a married 41 year old with three children. We are just in the process of relocating, so my wife and children have moved to the new area we will be living in and I am staying in this house until the sale completes. Unfortunately I cant give a specific date, but it will probably be around end of November. I spend my spare time cooking and watching documentaries about F1 drivers and drugs barons on Netflix. I've grown up around Salisbury so am a great local guide if you want directing to the best pubs, but mainly I just like to have a laid back existance.

The double bedroom available is well proportioned and comfortable. It comes fully furnished and can be made considerably less pink than the picture. The rest of the house (kitchen, bathroom and lounge) are to be shared. They're a good size and properly decorated.

There is a lot of flexibility with this room, my main priority is finding the right person to share a house with. I'd consider a short term let, 7 days, Monday-Friday, working week etc. I want you to be comfortable here and in return Its important to me that you respect my home. I'd be most comfortable living with a male of a similar age (similar interests and a fondness for craft ales would be a bonus).
