The room is at the front of the house. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. Fully black out curtains.

House is a semi detached in a quiet cul de sac. Fully furnished, central heated house with fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, air fryer, pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses…), living room (sofa, TV, access to Netflix, Disney+ etc), garden room (sofa), shared bathroom with bath/shower. Garden with BBQ and tables and chairs (or at least there will be when the weather is a little better!).
The house is well maintained and expected to be kept clean and tidy.

The house hold is completely non smoking.

Perfect for the hospital or city centre. 30 min walk to the train station. Bus stop at end of the road. There is on street parking without a permit. Bikes etc can be kept in the locked garage.
