Flat is semi-furnished. Bedroom available is partly furnished with a double bed and includes a large built-in wardrobe. (Bedroom can be furnished if required - get in contact!). Previous tenant had a single bed so as to maximise space. Flat includes a decent sized living room, a good kitchen with breakfast bar, a bathroom with a bath and electric shower, and a small utility room with a brand new washer/dryer.
The flat is well located. It is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and has cathedral views. It is about 20 minutes walk from Salisbury train station. There is room for parking on the street outside, although a permit would need to be bought separately (only about £30 per year)
