Lovely big double room available in very clean 2 bedroom house with relaxed live in lady owner.

No fees, no deposit, no references, no credit checks. But must be working. No students, children, couples or housing benefit.

1 week rolling contract, with 1 week notice given either side. 1 week rent to be paid on move in day.

£100pw for 4 days per week let
£110pw for 5 days per week let
It doesn't have to be Monday-Friday as I'm completely flexible. For example, if you do shift work in the area and need to be here on weekends then that is fine or you're here 7 days 1 week and 3 the next. Happy to consider all situations.

The room
It's a large double, with 2 wardrobes and chest of draws. The bed is brand new and has an orthopedic mattress with memory foam topper. There is also a bedside table and lamp. Plenty of space if you also have furniture or lots of luggage that you need to store.

The house
A 2 bedroom end of terrace house with front and back garden and detached garage which will fit a car and/or bike, there is also unallocated on and off street parking. Downstairs there is a living room with 40inch TV with freeview, amazon prime and netflix. The eat in kitchen is very big, and has everything you need for cooking. You'll have all the space you want in the fridge/freezer and cupboards. It looks out over the garden which gets the sunlight in the morning. Upstairs is your bedroom, which is at the front of the house and overlooks a lovely green. My bedroom is at the back of the house. The bathroom is a reasonable size with shower over bath. Always kept clean. Plenty of shelf space for your products.

Ameneties
All bills and household products are included in the rent, handwash, toilet roll, cleaning products etc. You will also have your bedsheets and towels changed weekly, and I will do all the cleaning of the whole house, so you just need to clean up after yourself when you cook etc.

Location
The market town of Highworth is well located with easy access to all of the surrounding towns and cities. By car Swindon is 15 minutes away, Cirencester 25 minutes, Abingdon 40 minutes, Oxford 45 minutes, Cheltenham 45 minutes. Cranfield university campus is 12 mins away. South marston industrial estate is 8 mins away. RAF Fairford 20 mins, RAF Brize 30 mins. Highworth is the gateway to the Cotswolds which is just 10 mins away. Nearby, there is a high street with a large co-op, small tesco, butchers, hardware store, cafes, pubs, charity shops, restaurants, post office. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the property with buses to Swindon, Oxford and Cirencester. A419 and A420 just 10 minutes away, and the A361 is less than 1 minute away. Very quiet family area.

About me
I'm a 35 year old female. I currently work from home and my office space is also in my bedroom. I enjoy reading, watching films, keeping fit, quizzes, comedy. Home is a relaxing environment for me, and I welcome a calm, drama free person. I don't watch TV very often so you'll have the living room to yourself most of the time. The TV is new and has dolby atmos sound and cinematic lighting. I'm vegetarian, but happy to live with a meat eater. I'm very considerate, and I want you to feel at home here, and as I work from home, and don't have a strict schedule, it means you'll always have priority access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room. I'm happy to socialise or give you as much space as you want. I rarely drink alcohol, and don't smoke.

Important note
The house is currently for sale, and has been since March however, in the current climate, there is only a viewing around once every 3 weeks, and I don't expect it to sell anytime soon. However, this is why there is only a 1 week notice period to vacate however, if the house does sell I will try and give as much notice as possible. I clean the house thoroughly after viewings.

Looking for
A happy, easy going, drama free male or female. Non-smoker, and ideally not a heavy drinker. Nurses, air force, shift workers etc. are all welcome. I am open to accepting house trained pets.
