This normally an Airbnb but I am looking a short term Tennant (single or couple considered) between the days 10th Feb 24 - mid/late April. 4 to 8werks let's considered.
Lovely cottage in the countryside 5min drive from Chippenham. The village of Langley Burrell is beautiful and has a great local pub, which we hope will be open soon!
The cottage is ancillary to our house, so we live next door, so you retain your privacy.
Parking is available, which is off the road and gated
The cottage is one bedroom, one living room, one large kitchen and a bathroom, with not a lot of storage.
Furniture, it is fully furnished and as it is an Airbnb there is not a lot of storage.
All bills included, electricity, BT business internet, council tax, water.
Feel free to come and view the property at request. Please let me know your reason why you need this cottage for only a short stay.
Billing will be through Airbnb to maintain my insurance.
