Very comfortable double room in modern 4 bed detached house in very quiet cul de sac in Lyneham overlooking fields.

Lyneham is a small village with a few shops and take away outlets. It has a decent pub and is within easy access of the M4 Chippenham and Swindon.

You will have use of the kitchen as required, your own double room and use of family bathroom which has just undergone a total refurb into a shower room. On occaision we have our very sensible and quiet 27 year old son stay over, so the family bathroom is yours.

1 months deposit required which will be returned at your departure if all is left as you found it.

The home is a very quiet, relaxing place as we are up a private drive. The room has a double bed, arm chair, fitted wardrobe, chest of draws and T. V. with unlimited wi. fi. with sky Q so you can download the app and watch sky to your hearts content. There is off road parking available.

WE would prefer a professional person who is here Monday to Friday.

£400/calendar month with 1 month deposit required.
