A black woolley dog lives here and he loves lodgers. there are also 2 birds, they have a room of their own which leads to an aviary in the garden. The house is a 3 bedroomed ex council house and the rooms are all a fair size, There is a bathroom and separate toilet upstairs and a second toilet in the out building which also contains the washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge has a 32 inch TV and a very comfortable setee and armchair.(the dog does not get on the seating). The kitchen diner is quite big and there is plenty of cupboard space and lots of gadgets.
