Double bedroom, Newly renovated, bills included!

I have a double room available in Marshfield which is a lovely village/small town in the Cotsworlds just 15 minutes from Chippenham!
It is a newly renovated 3 bed house with one street parking...with the plan to develop part of the front garden into a driveway. We have rennovated the house ovwr the past year so everything is new! There a few parts left to do but most of it is completed. Would be open to someone moving in earlier, the house might just have a few more bits that need to be completed.

It is in a lively quite location but close to Chippenham, Bath and Bristol!
- Chippenham 15 minutes
- Bath City Centre 20 minutes
- Bristol City Centre 35 minutes

You will have a private fully furnished room with a built in wardrobe cupboard, double bed, bedside table and drawers. (TV will be in the living room once that room has been completed.)

You will have shared use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, utility, outside toilet, washing machine and dishwasher.

The bills included in the rental amount are:
- Council Tax
- Gas and electric
- Water/Sewerage
- WiFi
- Tv liscence

We are looking for someone who loves their own space as well as someone who would like to hang out, play games, go for a walk or a trip to the pub. We both work Monday to Friday and are a fairly quiet house between 10:30pm - 7am. You will also need to like cats as I have a cute cat called Luna who is very friendly.

There are some buses from Marshfield however, not many so a car is most likely required!
