Although not a live-in landlord we are at the property. We live in a semi-rural area, a stones throw from the Kennet and Avon canal.
This is a converted flat above an Airbnb and workshop, which is situated at the end of our garden. It is fully furnished.
On entering (downstairs) there is a hallway, with washing machine and small freezer. A single flight of stairs leading to first floor accommodation.
It has a double bedroom has two fitted wardrobes.

Large lounge has tv and Sky, wi-fi, two sofas and dining table, it has electric heating.
Kitchen is fitted with plenty of cupboard space, integral fridge, cooker and dishwasher .
Bills are included, apart from electricity. It will be available the first week in June. It will be redecorated before reletting.
We cannot accommodate other people’s pets as we have three dogs, one being dog reactive and another hates cats.
We will review the tenancy month by month, in other words a “rolling contract”.
