The house is owned by a single male (retired photographer) who lives at the property.
The house a double fronted terrace house in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac on the southern edge of Melksham, with the canal just one mile away.
It has a large pretty south facing garden (catching the sun all day long) that backs onto open fields and is boarded by a stream at the bottom with two chimineas. There is also a BBQ, garden table and chairs that form a relaxing environment.
As the house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking farmland, there is no passing traffic, noise from children or unacceptable noise from neighbours, this all makes for a very peaceful house.
A green area with high hedges is to the front which makes for pleasing outlooks from the front as well as from the rear of the property.
I am looking for a quiet person who is clean and tidy.
The single bedroom contains a bed with under-bed storage boxes, bedside cabinet, two large wooden chest of draws, clothes dryer, wardrobe, television with DVD player, The room also has a wi-fi extender to ensure best wi-fi available with choice of Ethernet cable or wi-fi.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared areas and are to be kept clean and tidy ready for the next person to use.
There is a separate fridge freezer for the tenant. The property has gas central heating, double glazing and cavity wall insulation, so it very warm and cosy.
There is space to park on the road.
The other tenant is a man 32yrs, he is pleasant friendly and above all totally trustworthy. He is at work locally between the hours: 7am - 4:30pm, but spends a lot of time staying at his girlfriends house.
Our previous lodger was a man 27yrs old from India who moved away to work in Coventry. He was very sorry to leave as he was very happy here. He was sad to leave and we were sorry to see him go.
To make a shared house work well, we like to create a friendly family atmosphere, where trust, consideration and caring for each other can thrive. .
