We have a modern two story cottage near to the centre of Mere offering comfortable accessible accommodation. There is a dedicated bathroom for our lodger with bath and shower, There is a second bathroom for the owners use. We have just completed a 25 square meter extension to the ground floor so we have some good space downstairs.
We are looking for someone to share the house so we do need to trust our tenant completely. We have no pets and we are non smokers and would only accept the same.
Walking distance to local amenities in Mere, Co-op, Pharmacy, Post Office etc. We are located in BA12 - this provides very easy access to the A303 - around 1 mile away, worth checking our location.
