Family home in rural setting. Beautiful countryside close to the village of Ashton Keynes, Minety and the Cotswold water parks.

The bedroom has king size bed and an newly fitted en-suite shower room with toilet and basin. It has a chest of drawers and arm chair. It is very private and located at the other end of the house to our family bedrooms. It has its own staircase accessed through our shared family sitting room. We are a couple with 3 young children, 2 of whom are at school during the day. Breakfast and 3pm onwards are busy times in our house!

Guests have thier own entrance through the back door. Guests have thier own microwave, single hob, toaster, kettle and small fridge in our communal utility room. Please note there isn't full kitchen facilities. We have set up our utility room as a mini kitchen which is suitable for light cooking. It has a table and chair also.
This is a shared space where we also do our clothes washing.

We are 15 minutes from Cirencester and 20 mins from Swindon.

We live here with our 3 young children. We prefer guests to bring thier own linen and towels. We also ask guests to take thier washing away with them at weekends and not use our washing facilities.
