A very large (270 sq ft) double room (large enough to suit a couple or two sharing at £900), in relaxed, easy going household in large period home, with space to be as private or sociable as you want. Fully furnished, inc sofa, chest of drawers, desk, built-in wardrobe, king size bed, bed linen and towels if needed.

Large shared sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room, large bathroom with high water pressure and oodles of hot water from AGA in kitchen so excellent shower. Large garden, off street parking. Wireless broadband, freeview TV. Most of the house has been recently redecorated and recarpeted.

Weekly cleaning of the "common parts" i. e. kitchen, breakfast room, bathrooms, stairs and sitting room is included in the rent, as well as usual utility bills. Cleaning each bedroom is down to the occupant though!

Rural location but 200 yards to bus, shop, chinese, surgery etc. My children (34, 32, 25) stay occasionally. My 10 year old chocolate labrador is not allowed in spare rooms!
