Room comes with a double wardrobe, chest of draws, double bed and bedside table. There is also a TV and blu Ray player. There is no TV point but you could buy now TV. You must like dogs and cats. I have 2 of each. They are not allowed in the spare room. There is 1 bathroom to share. Also a shared kitchen/living room and dining room. There is a juliette balcony in the living room. I have fibre broadband and sky. This year the let can only be until 15th December. A new or old Tennant can then move in from thr 3rd January. Pics not the best. Parking is on street parking. Flat is on the 2nd floor.
