Room to rent in spacious flat in Ramsbury

I am looking to rent out a non-en-suite suite room in my two bed flat on the High Street in Ramsbury. Ramsbury is near Hungerford and Bedwyn stations (offering transport into Newbury, Reading and London) and is on the bus routes to Marlborough and Swindon.

I am a 22 year old male. I work in London several times a week and spend a lot of time in away during the weekends, so an ideal lodger would be someone who is comfortable sharing a flat with someone else but who isn’t averse to living alone for maybe 3 nights a week. I would describe myself as fairly easy to live with though I am quite tidy and would prefer a lodger to be so.

The kitchen is newly refurbished and the bathroom is fairly modern. The living room contains TV the seating (the sofa is a sofa bed) and a TV as well as a large dining table. I am comfortable with my lodger having guests to stay at the weekend.

The bedroom that is up for rent is currently unfurnished though I can furnish it for a suitable lodger, though this will necessarily involve a change to the rate.

There is a communal garden and parking. The flat is self-contained so shares no entryway with any other flats. It also has outside storage suitable for a bike.

The criteria set out in my profile describes the ideal lodger, but I am flexible and reasonable so am always open to a chat with someone who thinks they might be a good fit while not necessarily meeting all specifications.
