I have a single room available soon. I will be asking the new tenant to sign a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The house is a 15 min walk to market square, 5 mins to Waitrose and 20 mins walk to the station.
The room has a small double bed, (4') , wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a washbasin.
You would be sharing a shower room / toilet with one other person.
There is also a shared lounge area with sofa, TV and dining table, a modern kitchen, a utility room with washer drier and garden which has a lockable shed for bicycles.
There is no parking outside the house as it is permit only and these are in use.
