Double Room available in the centre of Salisbury

I have a double room available in my two bed flat right in the centre of Salisbury.

The flat consists of a large double room (which would be your room), a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is one other bedroom which is mine.

Bills are included (including wifi).

I work away Monday to Friday, so you will have the flat to yourself during the week.

Parking is available at a small extra cost - it needs to be arranged through the council, but I can help sort that if required.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, large wardrobe, bedside table and large mirror. The room will be freshly decorated before you move in. I can provide items like bedding and towels too if required.

N. B. the photos are 4 years old, so they aren't 100% accurate, but the flat hasn't changed very much since then. I will update the photos shortly, but they should give you an idea.
