I'm renting out two upstairs rooms in my three bedroom house, as a self contained flat so to speak, with your own toilet but shared shower.
Both rooms are 330x220 and come furnished; (some furnishing optional)
Room 1, double wrought iron bed, large wooden wardrobe, bedside table.
Room2, faux leather sofa bed, computer desk, 2 tables, chest of drawers.
The previous tenant had one room as a bedroom and the other as a lounge but you're free to use however you want (within reason, no meth labs please..).
It's situated on the outskirts of Salisbury in a very quiet cul de sac, with easy access to bus routes, shops and a 30 min walk into the city centre.
I'm very clean and tidy, the house is also registered as part of my street food business, so the kitchen has to be clean at all times.
Please note;
250mb+ wifi.
Not a party house,
I don't provide linen, toiletries, food, anything disposable.
I would expect an equal share cleaning, of any shared areas..
Strictly no smoking indoors.
Small pets may be considered. (dragons are an exception).
Happy for you to grow plants in the garden.
Iron & ironing board available.
Off the road parking for one vehicle up to 5m
The boiler is in one of the rooms, very limited access is needed.
