The occupant would have full use of the modern kitchen/diner including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher plus shared fridge freezer.
The house is a superbly presented new build property to the north side of Salisbury and within easy reach of Amesbury, Wilton, Porton and Old Sarum.
Stonehenge and the A303 are approximately 10 minutes away. The nearest railway station is in Salisbury and there is a National Express service between Salisbury and Victoria Coach Station in London. There is a bus service into Salisbury with a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the house.
