Big bright double bedroom - short let

I am looking for a clean tidy and considerate lodger to rent my spare double bedroom up until 16 December. I am a friendly live in landlord, who shares my lovely Victorian 3 bed home with a little cat. I am looking for a lodger who is happy and comfortable with pet care as the odd overnight responsibility will be required; to include bringing the cat in and medication. Hence the reduced rent. It’s a gorgeous well furnished bright double and you’d get your own bathroom. The house is kept nice so you’d be very comfortable. We have all mod cons and even a small garden. Looking for a quiet and kind person who’s happy to be here alone overnight every now and then. You’d be welcome to make this your home for a few months.
