The house is available to rent as a shared occupancy with the land-lady, but the tenant will benefit sole use of the property for at least 8 months of the year due to me working away. I am looking for a professional, non-smoking, single occupant to rent the Master double bedroom and to look after the house while I am away.

The house is fully furnished and recently decorated. 

The main bedroom comprises double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and dresser.
The lounge has a 4 seater corner sofa, coffee table, TV and wifi.
Bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower. 
Kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Central heating throughout.
The property benefits a pretty private garden with decking area and outside seating, and a grassed area with planted borders. With the bonus of the sun from morning until late afternoon.

There is also an off-road private parking space.
