We have a double room for rent in a quiet area of town. The house is relatively new build (2011) and benefits from modern building standards and solar panels. The double room shares a bathroom with just one other housemate.
The garden benefits from a particularly green fingered housemate and is a great space. Parking isnt a problem either, there is normally a space on the street. The area itself is quiet and has a useful Nisa very near by. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town, and the right side of town for a trip to the beach or new forest.
The guys there are pretty sociable, the owner of the property is great and very prompt with the very few issues we’ve had. Bills are included, we all pay into a house account and if there is any excess it’s shared between all housemates.
The room measures approximately 3.1m x 2.8m and will have freshly painted walls and new carpet. It will be unfurnished save for the white clothes unit in the corner.
