A furnished single room in a 3 bedroomed house in George Street Salisbury which is walking distance to the Salisbury train station and the town centre. It is in a reasonably quiet area but also close to shops, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and take aways. There’s a bus route to town centre, Wiltshire college and Salisbury District Hospital. The nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes walk.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Please note that there’s also a 3 year old cat in the house. I hope you are not allergic to cats. The house has a private garden with BBQ, table and chairs.
The rent is £160 per week or £700 per month including all the utility bills, council tax and broadband. The deposit is £800 which is 5 weeks of rent. Looking for a non-smoker female.
