Double bedroom available in West Swindon in a newly refurbished house. You will be living with a young (24) professional female who likes to relax in the week and socialise in the weekend. Off street parking and near to large business parks, great for a professional. £575 per month which includes all bills.

Two living rooms, one being a summer house with sofa bed. Looking for a clean and easy-going, sociable female. This is a 3 bed house, but one of the bedrooms has been made into a walk in wardrobe which you will have half rail space for your clothes, shoes and accessories. There is also a double railed wardrobe in the bedroom, which is plenty of space for your clothes. Bedroom comes fully furnished but can be unfurnished if you wanted to bring your property (current bed is a storage bed underneath).

Lovely landscaped garden with decking, AstroTurf, 2x sheds and Summer House. Kitchen with appliances and conservatory/dining room.

This is a lovely area of Swindon, 2 miles to the M4, local shopping village centre a 3 minute walk, Lydiard park 10 minute walk, Shaw Ridge Bowling, Cinema, Leisure Centre and Restaurant’s is a 5 minute walk, Large Asda 5 minute walk.

This house is also on main bus route (1) which takes 19 minutes in rush hour door to door to Swindon Railway Station. This is also on the main bus route for the Great Western Hospital.
