Double Room With En Suite In 3 Bedroom House

Hi Everybody, my current housemate has given me ample notice that he is moving to Bristol in May. Therefore this double bedroom and ensuite will be available from 22nd May 2026.

I have been renting out my spare room on here since March 2023 and have made some good friends along the way.

Spacious double room and ensuite bathroom for rent in a clean and tidy 3 bedroom house with a large shared lounge, kitchen, garden and patio area.

Bedroom size is 11.5 m2 and comes furnished with double bed, TV stand and curtains.

I am into bouldering, fitness training and do boxing/yoga in the lounge so the lounge has merged into a gym/lounge with some punch bags in there. I also have a chin up bar and hang board setup downstairs for finger strength training. I am also into music production, designing/drawing in 3D, online gaming, festivals, loads of stuff really. I was a builder for 7 years. Quite laid back, looking for a lodger who I will get on with.
