We will have a fully furnished room available to rent in our home. The room has a new king size bed. There is a table, a small wardrobe and a sofa. The en-suite has a brand new shower fitted as well. There is also a kitchenette with a basin and storage cupboards. There is an electric hot plate and a microwave provided. Bills (internet, gas, electricity, council tax) are included with a fair usage policy applied.

The house is situated on a main road close to the M4 corridor, A419 and A420. It takes approx. 1 hour to Heathrow airport, 45 minutes to Reading, 40 minutes to Bristol and 30 minutes to Bath by car. The house is also situated opposite a bus stop which has a bus running to Swindon town centre every 20 minutes, and also to Oxford every 20 minutes.

There is a Sainsbury's supermarket just a 10 minute walk away as well as Greenbridge retail park which has an Argos, Boots, Mcdonalds and a cinema etc.

My dad is renting the room out as us kids have all moved out and he has a lot of space! The room has its own separate entrance. Once a rapport has been established between him and the potential tenant, he would be happy for the tenant to use his garden as well. There will not be access between your room/kitchenette/en-suite and the rest of the main house. The garden will be accessible from the side of the house which the room's entrance is located on also.
