The area is very nice and close to bus stops, shops, gyms, cinema, bowling and food outlets. Town centre is a 10-15 min walk. The Delta tennis complex and the cinema is 5 min walk. There is also a convenient store near by. The junction 16 M4 is only 1 mile away.
There is private off road parking and a large enclosed back garden.
I am looking for a clean and tidy person to stay short/long term, work placements also students welcome.
The house is kept very clean and tidy, as I work 12 hour shifts I am looking for a quiet peaceful housemate.
