I have a double room with ensuite available in a house. The room and bathroom have recently been refurbished and so has the communal kitchen. The kitchen is large with a dining table and there is also a separate living room with two sofas. All bills are included (including broadband) and the house is fully furnished. The kitchen has several fridges to ensure there is space for all tenants food and there is a good size garden for the summer.
