Double room in four-storey house with lots of space to relax or work in the evenings.

The room is next-door to bathroom with walk-in shower and there’s a second loo downstairs.

All bedding and towels provided and room cleaned. Plenty of storage. There’s a built-in wardrobe and a cabinet in the room (out of shot).
In the kitchen, there’s all you’d expect and you’re welcome to use the sauces, condiments and oils etc in the larder.

There’s a long garden with a lawn and patio, and right at the bottom two chickens, so there are fresh eggs (most of the time). This is a non-smoking house but the garden can be the 'smoke zone' if needed.

All the usuals – Wi-fi, TV etc. People in the house are Kate and Terry, both professionals. Things are pretty quiet but chatty during the week. .

The house is minutes from a supermarket, cinema, theatre, gym, restaurants and good pubs. The town centre is 5-10 minutes walk north, and Old Town (where there is a lot of restaurants, bars, music venues etc) is 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. The train and bus stations are 15–20 minutes walk away. There are three parks within 10–15 minutes walk as well. Overall the house is in a pretty convenient position on a short, quiet, one-way street, close to bus stops if needed.

There are a couple of parking options within a minute of the house secure parking with gated keypad entry at the back of the house is £55 pcm, (I'm happy to arrange this for you) or cheap overnight parking at Regent Circus (500 yards away) is just £1.60 from 6pm to 6am.
