Small double in Old Town, with one housemate

Hi, thank you for looking. I'm looking for female lodger for my house. My house is in Old Town, one of the nicest parts of Swindon, but away from noisy part of it, on a quiet road.

Looking for someone tidy, (clean up own mess at least), and responsible person. Current household is just one other professional and an old, totally harmless cat (had her since kitten, never hissed nor scratched us) but I can possibly take her if you are badly allergic to cats, as I'm a live out landlady.
My house is in a very convinient spot.
Bus stop, railway station,. Doctor's surgery, convenience store (fair size) supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops are all within walking distance but there are off road parking in the front and at the back of the house.
Room has a single bed in it but it is a small double in size. It's not a box room at all.

As mentioned, current occupant is one professional only, and as this is 2 bed room house , you won't be sharing it with anyone else. She does not smoke or have parties at home.
Bathroom with overhead shower upstairs and downstairs loo to be shared between 2 people, only.
House is located just off Okus Road but is quiet. Not a bad spot for GWH or Nationwide employee. GWH is I'd say 10 min drive away.
