Currently available there are 2 king size rooms in a shared living home. Both rooms come equipped with a bed, mattress, linen, clothes storage, desk and 32 inch Smart TV.
The property has WiFi through-out with hardwired internet connections in each room for laptops or computers.
There is a shared living/kitchen room which is equipped with a dining table & chairs, 2 ovens, 2 hobs, American fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster as well as plates/bowls/cups/cutlery.
The bathroom facilities are shared but there are 2 shower rooms c/w toilets available so there will be 2 bedrooms to 1 shower room.
There is parking available to the rear which is suitable for 4 vehicles which sensible parking.
Applicants considering these rooms will need to have prior references from previous accommodation, preferably have experience in shared living accommodation but not essential. Any first time renters will required both an employee reference as well as a personal reference.
